The Children’s Museum of Greater Fall River is hosting another festive Halloween crafting event where kids can make a friendly Cotton Ball Ghost. Children will get to layer fluffy cotton balls onto colorful construction paper to build a soft, dimensional ghost body complete with a spooky open-mouthed expression.
